The Con Artist Collective is an artist community, creative co-working space and gallery founded in early 2010. We are an active community of creatives, curating group shows & social events, encouraging collaboration & inspiring imagination.
Where are you located?
119 Ludlow street between Rivington St. and Delancey St. The closest train is the FMJZ train station at Delancey/Essex St. (MAP)
Gallery Hours: Monday - Saturday 11am to 7pm
*Open until 11pm every Wednesday for opening/closing parties.
Workspace Hours: The shared artist workspace is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Many members join the collective to be a part of an active community of creatives that curate exhibitions, put on regular member social events, frequently collaborate and so much more.
One of the main reasons members join is to gain access to our creative workspace. Our space is currently equipped with various tools such as a 4-color silk-screen press, light-table, a power washer, a drop sink, communal supplies, computers, hardware, software and access to photo studios.
On top of this, members have the opportunity to sell their work through our website, in our gallery shows, in our storefront and also the various flea-market stands and international art fairs like Art Basel Miami, that we participate in.
How do I become a member?
Schedule a tour of the 119 Ludlow Street HQ and get the lowdown on everything we do. And then decide in what capacity you'd like to be a member - Virtual or Workspace.

Short Term Plans (No commitment)
$14 Hourly: Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm
$35 Day Pass: 24 consecutive hours
$99 Weekly: 7 consecutive days of 24 hour access
$299 Monthly: 31 consecutive days of 24 hour access
Starter Plan $129/mo.
This gives you one dedicated day per week of a full 24 hours access.
The Freelancer $199/mo.
For those who work the day time hours, this plan gives you 6 days of workspace access from Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
Unlimited (24/7) $249/mo.
This is for the all day/everyday worker. At a little under $8 a day you get 24/7 access 365 days of the year.
Workspace x Photo Studio Plan
The Con Artist Collective partnered with The 9 Studio to create a plan that is specifically catered to photographers with a need for a day to day workspace and access to a photo studio. This plan has two options:
- Access to the Con Artist Workspace Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm
- 6 hours of scheduled shooting time, guaranteed, at either the Soho or Brooklyn locations. This includes the option to use their available photo equipment at no extra cost plus the option to purchase extra hours if required.
- Unlimited (24/7) to the Con Artist Workspace
- 8 hours of scheduled shooting time, guaranteed, at either the Soho or Brooklyn locations. This includes the option to use their available photo equipment at no extra cost plus the option to purchase extra hours if required.
*Recurring Plans do not require a deposit, just a 30 day move out notice.
Storage options range from $8-$35 per month.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds and returns of items purchased in store or online. A return shipping date must be marked within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original unopened condition
